Better Than Good Texas Grilled Ribeyes

4 - 6 pork ribeye steaks¹

2 Tbsp. Adams Reserve Val Verde or House Rub

1/2 c. Better Than Good Texas Moppin' Sauce²


Season steaks with rub and set aside. Prepare charcoal fire or heat up
gas grill.
Place ribeyes 4 inches above medium heat and grill 3 to 5 minutes (dep
ending on thickness). Turn steaks, brush cooked side with Moppin' Sauc
e, after turning, and cook to desired degree of doneness. Brush with s
auce again and remove from grill.
Let stand 5 minutes, brush with sauce one more time and serve.
