Sirloin Bouquets

Ingredients

6 small bamboo skewers, 6-inch

6 thin sliced sirloin steaks

1 Tbsp. H-E-B Texas Originals Brisket Seasoning

1 bag (16 oz.) frozen sweet potato fries

1 bag (12 oz.) H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go! Green Beans

1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips

Directions


Place bamboo skewers in a zipper bag with enough water to fill, seal a
nd soak 20 minutes. Prepare charcoal or gas grill for cooking (375°
;F).
Place steaks on a foil lined baking sheet pan, sprinkle each with bris
ket seasoning on both sides.
On each steak arrange 4 sweet potato fries, 4 green beans and 4 strips
of bell pepper on one of the long ends of the steak. Roll steak start
ing from end with vegetables like a taco and secure with a soaked bamb
oo skewer.
Grill sirloin bouquet 5 minutes on each side or to desired degree of d
oneness. Serve immediately.
