1 pkg. (17.5 oz.) Hill Country Fare Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
1/2 c. (1 stick) H-E-B Butter, melted and cooled to room temperature
1 H-E-B Egg
1 qt. H-E-B Creamy Creations Slow Churned Cherry Vanilla Ice Cream
1/2 pkg. H-E-B The Baker's Scoop Candy Coating
1 tube Wilton Red, Pink or White Decorating Icing
1 jar (8 oz.) H-E-B Maraschino Cherries
Heat oven to 375°F. Set 2 ungreased cookie sheets aside. Prepare c
ookie mix according to package directions. Drop rounded Tablespoonfuls
of cookie dough two inches apart on prepared cookie sheets. bake on c
enter oven rack for 8-9 minutes. Cool 12 cookies in freezer on sheet p
an for 30 minutes. Save remainging cookies for snack time.
Place one scoop of ice cream on top of each cookie and return to freez
er for 30 minutes.
Prepare chocolate candy coating according to package directions. Spoon
1-2 Tablespoons of melted chocolate caoting over each ice cream delig
ht. Return to freezer until ready to serve. Decorate each XOXO Chocola
te Delight with hearts using Wilton decorating icing tubes. Top with a
cherry and serve.
