Crawfish Etouffee

2 Tbsp. butter

2 bunches green onions, chopped

1 lb. crawfish tails or peeled and deveined shrimp

2 c. Central Market Etouffee Sauce

* hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce, to taste

* cooked rice or pasta


Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in green onions
and crawfish tails; cook 1 minute.
Pour Étouffée sauce into skillet and cook until bubbling
, 1–2 minutes. Turn heat to low, add hot sauce and Worcestershire and
cook 1 more minute.
Serve over rice or cooked pasta.
