Sweet Toppings:

1/2 c. each: fresh raspberries, chopped pineapple and blueberries

1/4 c. chopped walnuts

Savory Toppings:

1/2 c. each: fresh chopped tomato, chopped cucumber, and chopped bell
pepper

1/4 c. each: H-E-B Sunflower Seeds or chopped H-E-B Mixed Nuts

Directions


Place 1/4 cup cottage cheese in 4 small bowls. Top each with 1/4 cup f
ruits or veggies and 1 tablespoon nuts or seeds. Enjoy!
