1 pkg. (12 oz.) H-E-B Wild Mahi Mahi Fillets

2 Tbsp. H-E-B Olive Oil

• Italian Seasoning or salt & pepper

1 pkg. (8 oz.) Central Market Organics Multigrain Demi-Baguettes

2 pkg. (12 oz. each) H-E-B Italian Garden Medley

1 pkg. (10 oz.) H-E-B Whole Grain Brown Rice


Heat oven to 425°F. Spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spr
ay. Brush fish fillets with olive oil and season with your favorite It
alian seasoning or salt and pepper. Bake on center oven rack 15 minute
s. At the same time, bake the multigrain baguettes according to packag
e directions.
While fish is baking, heat the 2 bags of Italian medley vegetables and
keep in bag until fish comes out of oven. Immediately pour Italian ve
getables over fish and keep warm. Heat brown rice in microwave and ser
ve with the Italian Baked Mahi Mahi.
