Ingredients

6 H-E-B 7 Grain Flour Tortillas

6 slices H-E-B Jalapeño Bacon

• juice of 1 lime

2 H-E-B Fresher Lasting Jumbo Avocado Halves, chopped

3 kiwi fruit, peeled, halved and sliced thin

1/2 c. cilantro, chopped

1/4 c. red onion, chopped

1 serrano pepper, seeded and chopped

• salt and pepper

Directions


Heat oven to 400°F. Place tortillas directly on oven rack. Bake 3
minutes. Remove from oven, cut each into 6 wedges.
Cook bacon until crisp. Cut each slice into 6 pieces, place in small s
erving dish. Set aside.
Combine lime juice, avocado, kiwi, cilantro, red onion and serrano pep
per in 2-quart mixing bowl. Gently toss. Season to taste with salt and
pepper. Place in serving bowl, cover. Refrigerate until ready to serv
e.
To serve, top each tortilla wedge with 1 piece of bacon and 1 tablespo
on avocado kiwi salsa.
