Cinnamon Chocolate Chip Cookies

3 1/4 c. Hill Country Fare All-Purpose Flour
1 Tbsp. McCormick Ground Cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/3 tsp. butter, softened
1 1/4 c. H-E-B Granulated Sugar
1 tsp. H-E-B Light Brown Sugar, firmly packed
2 tsp. McCormick Pure Vanilla Extract
1 pkg. (12 oz.) Hill Country Fare Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 c. walnuts, coarsely chopped
Mix flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt in medium bowl. Set aside. B
eat butter and sugars in large bowl with electric mixer on medium spee
d until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Gradually be
at in flour mixture on low speed until well mixed. Stir in chocolate c
hips and walnuts. Refrigerate 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 375°F. Drop by rounded tablespoons about 2 inches
apart onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on baking sheets 1
minute. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
