Maple Pecan Crusted Pork Loin

2 Tbsp. H-E-B Brown Sugar

1/4 c. Central Market Organics Medium Maple Syrup

1 Tbsp. fresh ginger, grated

1/2 tsp. Central Market Organics Ground Cayenne Pepper

3 lb. pork loin roast

3 garlic cloves, thin sliced

Maple Pecan Glaze:

1/2 c. Central Market Organics Texas Pecan Pieces, chopped

2 Tbsp. Central Market Organics Medium Maple Syrup


Combine brown sugar, 1/4 cup maple syrup, ginger and cayenne pepper in
small bowl. Set aside.
Make slits all over pork loin, insert garlic slice in each. Place roas
t in large zipper bag. Add maple ginger marinade. Seal bag, turn roast
several times to coat all sides. Refrigerate overnight.
Heat oven to 450°F. Combine maple pecan glaze ingredients in small
bowl. Set aside. Place marinated pork in foil-lined roasting pan, roa
st 20 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350°F. Roast 30 minutes or un
til center internal temperature reaches 135°F. Remove from oven, s
pread maple pecan glaze on top, roast 10 more minutes. Remove from ove
n, cover with foil, rest 20 minutes before slicing. Serve with sweet p
otato biscuits.
