Mexican Style Chili Fruit Platter

1 personal size watermelon, cut into thin triangle slices

1 small papaya, halved, seeded, cut into thin wedges

1 pineapple, peeled, cut into 1-inch thick spears

2 mangos, stone removed, peeled and cut into chunks or slices

1 Tbsp. chili lime salt

4 limes, each cut into 6 wedges


Arrange watermelon, papaya, pineapple and mangos on a large platter. S
prinkle with chili lime salt to taste. Drizzle lime juice, serve.
