8 c. shredded green cabbage
3 medium carrots, grated
1 1/2 c. H-E-B Ready, Fresh Go! Pico de Gallo
1/4 c. H-E-B Olive Oil
1/3 c. fresh lime juice

Thin slice cabbage with a sharp knife. Use Cocinaware Tower Grater to
Combine cabbage, carrots and pico de gallo and set aside in the Cocina
ware large bowl.
Combine olive oil and lime juice in Cocinaware small bowl; stir well.
Pour dressing over cabbage mixture and toss to coat. Season with salt
and pepper to taste.
Cover salad with plastic wrap and chill for 15 minutes or more. Top sa
lad with corn chips and toss before serving.
