3 c. peeled and chopped navel oranges

1 c. H-E-B Vanilla Fat Free Yogurt

1/2 c. vanilla whey protein powder

1/4 c. 0 calorie sweetener or sugar


Place oranges on a foil-lined baking sheet. Cover with plastic wrap, f
reeze 1 hour or until frozen. Combine frozen oranges, yogurt, protein
powder and sugar in food processor bowl. Process 1 minute or until a s
mooth texture is reached. Use an ice cream scoop to serve.
