1 c. H-E-B Shredded Cheddar Cheese, regular, 2 % or fat free
1 1/2 c. H-E-B The Baker's Scoop Whole Wheat All Purpose Baking Mix
2 beaten H-E-B Meduim Eggs or 1/3 c. H-E-B Real Egg
1 1/2 c. H-E-B 2% Milk
1 c. chopped H-E-B Fully Fit Black Forest Ham
Heat an electric griddle to 375°F or a large heavy-bottom cast iro
skillet 3 minutes on high heat.
Combine cheese, baking mix, eggs, and milk in a 2-quart mixing bowl. S
tir batter well.
Spray hot skillet or griddle with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle 1 t
ablespoon chopped ham on the spot for each pancake. Pour 1/4 cup panca
ke batter over top of ham. Cook pancakes 1 to 1 1/2 minutes per side.
Turn pancakes only once. Serve with your favorite pancake syrup.
