1 apple, peeled and chopped

4 H-E-B Dried Apricots, chopped

1/2 c. H-E-B Dried Raisins or Cranberries

1/2 tsp. Central Market Organics Ground Cinnamon

3 Tbsp. H-E-B Blossom Honey

1 c. Healthy Living Bulk Foods Organic Rolled Oats

• H-E-B Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt


Bring water to a boil in a 2-quart saucepan. Add apples, apricots, rai
sins or cranberries, cinnamon, and honey. Return to a boil. Stir in oa
ts, return to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cook 5 minutes.
Top each serving with nuts and yogurt if desired.
