Ingredients

Easy Dill Dressing:

3/4 c. H-E-B Fat Free Sour Cream

1 clove garlic, chopped

• juice of 1 lemon

1/4 c. chopped fresh dill

2 green onions, chopped

1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)

1 bag (32 oz.) Hill Country Fare Cocktail Shrimp Jumbo Tail On

1 c. chopped celery

1 c. peeled & chopped cucumber

1 red pepper, chopped

2 avocados, chopped

Directions


Combine sour cream, garlic, lemon juice, dill, green onions, and cayen
ne pepper, in a food processor or blender. Process to a chunky texture
30 seconds. Set aside.
Remove shrimp tails, slice each shrimp into 8 pieces. Combine shrimp,
celery, cucumber, red bell pepper, avocado, and dressing in a mixing b
owl. Toss gently to coat ingredients. Season with salt and pepper to t
aste.
