Ingredients

1 lb. medium ripe tomatoes

2 large fresh jalapeño peppers

4 large garlic cloves

1 small onion, peeled and cut into wedges

1/4 c. H-E-B Olive Oil

1/3 c. loosely packed chopped cilantro leaves

• juice of 1 lime

Directions


Prepare the Roasted Tomato & Jalapeño Salsa using same method a
s above. Process grilled vegetables, cilantro and lime juice to a chun
ky texture. Season to taste with salt & pepper.
