Italian Meatballs with Ravioli Dinner
1 bag (25 oz.) Hill Country Fare Cheese or Portabella Mushroom Ravioli
8 H-E-B Fully Cooked Italian Style Meatballs, cut in half
1 bag (10 oz.) H-E-B Select Extra Fine Chopped Spinach
1 jar (16 oz.) H-E-B Fire Roasted Tomato Soup
Heat the oven to 450°F. Spray a 13 x 9-inch baking dish with non-s
tick spray and set aside.
Prepare ravioli according to package directions, drain, arrange in pre
pared baking dish and set aside.
Place the halved meatballs in a small microwave safe baking dish, cove
r with plastic wrap and microwave on high power for 3 minutes. Arrange
the halved meatballs over the ravioli and set aside.
Prepare fine chopped spinach according to package directions and evenl
y spoon over ravioli and meatballs. Pour soup over spinach and bake on
center oven rack for 15 minutes or until it starts to bubble.
