Gluten Free Pasta with Fresh Basil Tomato Sauce
2 Tbsp. H-E-B Olive Oil
3 cloves H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go! Garlic
1 can (28 oz.) Hill Country Fare Crushed Tomatoes
1/2 c. fresh basil leaves, chopped
• salt & crushed black pepper
1 pkg. (16 oz.) Gluten Free Spaghetti
1 c. H-E-B Shredded Italian Parmesan Cheese
Heat a large skillet over high heat for 3 minutes. Add oil and garlic
and stir-fry for 1 minute until garlic is golden. Add crushed tomatoe
s and basil and bring sauce to a boil. Reduce heat to medium low and
continue to cook sauce for 10 more minutes. Season to taste with salt
and crushed black pepper.
Cook gluten free spaghetti according to package directions, drain and
place in a large pasta bowl. Add cooked sauce and toss to coat. Top p
asta and sauce with Parmesan cheese.
