1 pkg. (16 oz.) Gluten Free Elbow Macaroni

6 hard boiled H-E-B Eggs, peeled and sliced

1 c. chopped H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go! Onion

1/2 c. chopped dill pickle relish

1 c. chopped red or green bell pepper

1/2 c. H-E-B Mayonnaise, regular, low fat or fat free

• salt & pepper


Cook pasta according to package directions, rinse and drain. Combine
pasta, eggs, onion, pickle relish, bell pepper and mayonnaise in a lar
ge bowl. Toss to coat. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cover
with plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes or more.
