Gluten Free Fettucinne With Smoked Salmon & Peas
1 c. H-E-B Sour Cream, regular, low fat or fat free
1 pkg. (8 oz.) H-E-B Smoked Salmon
1/2 c. H-E-B Premium Quality Tomato & Basil Crumbled Feta
3 cloves H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go! Garlic, chopped
• salt and black pepper
8 oz. (1/2 pkg.) Gluten Free Fettuccine Pasta, uncooked
1 bag (16 oz.) frozen petite peas
Combine sour cream, smoked salmon, feta cheese and garlic in a large b
owl. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Set aside.
Cook gluten free pasta according to package directions. Prepare peas a
ccording to directions. Drain pasta and peas and combine.
Add hot pasta mixture to sour cream mixture and toss gently. Serve imm
