Gluten Free Chicken Spaghetti Casserole
1 pkg. (16 oz.) Gluten Free Spaghetti
1 bag (16 oz.) Hill Country Fare Fancy Frozen Mediterranean Vegetables
1 jar (26 oz.) Gluten Free Marinara Pasta Sauce, any variety
1 can (10.5 oz.) Hill Country Fare Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
4 frozen Hill Country Fare Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, cooked a
nd thin sliced
1 c. H-E-B Shredded Italian Parmesan Cheese
• salt and black pepper
Heat oven to 425°F. Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with non-stick
cooking spray; set aside.
Cook pasta according to package directions. Prepare frozen vegetables
according to package directions. While pasta and vegetables are cookin
g, combine pasta sauce, mushroom soup, sliced chicken and cheese in a
large mixing bowl.
Drain pasta and vegetables and add to sauce ingredients in bowl. Toss
ingredients to combine and season to taste with salt and black pepper.
Evenly fill prepared baking pan with chicken spaghetti.
Cover casserole with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
