Gluten Free Cheese Shells with Tomato and Basil
1 bag (16 oz.) Tinyáda Brown Rice Pasta Shells
3 - 4 cloves H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go! Garlic, chopped
4 medium tomatoes, chopped
1/4 c. chopped fresh basil (or 2 tsp. dry crushed basil)
2 c. shredded H-E-B Easy Melt Cheese
1/4 c. chopped Hill Country Fare Walnuts
Heat oven to 400°F. Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with non-stic
k cooking spray; set aside.
Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and return to cookin
g pot. Add garlic, tomatoes, basil and shredded cheese. Stir mixture
until cheese melts.
Evenly spread cheesy shells in prepared baking dish. Bake uncovered f
or 15 minutes. Remove from oven, top with chopped walnuts and serve.
