Garlic Parmesan Grilled Tomatoes

Ingredients

1 tsp. kosher or sea salt

1/2 tsp. Central Market Organics Black Pepper

1 tsp. Central Market Organics Crushed Red Pepper and Minced Garlic

1/4 c. H-E-B Italian Shredded Parmesan Cheese

1/4 c. Central Market Organics Extra Virgin Olive Oil

4 large tomatoes, sliced 1/2-inch thick

1/3 c. fresh italian parsley

1/2 c. H-E-B Crumbled Goat or Feta Cheese

Directions


Charcoal or Gas Grill: Prepare grill so that fire is hot. Line a bakin
g sheet with foil and set aside.
Combine salt, black pepper, crushed red pepper, garlic, Parmesan chees
e and extra virgin olive oil in small plate or bowl. Brush tomato slic
es on each side with olive oil mixture and place on prepared baking sh
eet.
Grill tomato slices 3 minutes on each side. Arrange grilled tomatoes o
n platter and sprinkle with chopped parsley and crumbled cheese.
