Texas Brisket Flameado Dip
2 c. lean-trimmed and chopped H-E-B Fully Cooked Texas BBQ Beef Briske
1 can (15 oz.) H-E-B Mexican Style Diced Tomatoes, drained
1 c. shredded H-E-B Mexican Munster Cheese
Heat oven to 450°F. Spray a 2-quart baking dish with non-stick coo
king spray and set aside.
Combine brisket and tomatoes in prepared baking dish. Bake on middle o
ven rack for 10 minutes or until bubbly hot. Remove from oven and add
cheese, then bake on the top oven rack for 10 minutes or until cheese
is melted and browned.
