Chicken Broccoli Baked Potato Casserole
3 Hill Country Fare Frozen Chicken Breasts, thin sliced
1 bag (16 oz.) H-E-B Frozen Broccoli Florets
1 c. Hill Country Fare Southern Style Hashbrown Potatoes
1 pouch (16 oz.) H-E-B Baked Potato Soup
1 c. tomatoes, chopped
Heat the oven to 450°F. Spray a 13 x 9 microwave safe baking dish
with non-stick spray.
Combine the thin sliced chicken, broccoli florets, hash browns and pot
ato soup in the prepared baking dish, cover with plastic wrap and micr
owave on high power for 6 minutes.
Top casserole with the chopped tomatoes and bake on the center oven ra
ck for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
