Cheesy Tomato Basil Shells
1/2 bag (16 oz.) H-E-B Medium Shells
3 - 4 cloves garlic, peeled & chopped
1 medium tomato, chopped
1/4 c. chopped fresh basil or 2 tsp. dry crushed basil
1 c. H-E-B Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese, regular or reduced fat
1 box (17.3 oz.) H-E-B Tomato Soup
1/2 c. italian seasoned bread crumbs
Heat oven to 400°F. Spray a 2 quart baking dish with non-stick co
oking spray; set aside.
Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and return to cookin
g pot. Add garlic, tomato, basil and H-E-B Tomato Soup. Stir mixture
and pour into the prepared baking dish. Top the shells with the shre
Bake uncovered on the center oven rack for 15 minutes. Remove cheesy
shells from oven, top with Italian seasoned bread crumbs and serve.
