1 box (5 oz.) Hill Country Fare Fideo

8 Hill Country Fare Frozen Chicken Tenders, thawed

1 c. onion, chopped

1 pouch (16 oz.) H-E-B Cheesy Chicken Enchilada Soup

Directions


Heat oven to 450°F. Spray a 13 x 9 baking dish with non-stick cook
ing spray and set aside.
Arrange the uncooked fideo (vermicelli) in the baking dish and top wit
h the thawed chicken tenders, chopped onion, the H-E-B Cheesy Enchilad
a Soup and 1/2 cup water. Bake the chicken tenders for 15 minutes or u
ntil the fideo has absorbed the sauce. Do not overcook chicken will be
tough.
