Baked Chicken Spaghetti Casserole
8 oz. H-E-B Whole Wheat Spaghetti
1 pkg. (16 oz.) H-E-B Mediterranean Vegetables
2 c. H-E-B Marinara Pasta Sauce
1 can (10.5 oz.) Hill Country Fare Reduced Sodium Condensed Cream of M
4 frozen Hill Country Fare Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, cooked an
d thin sliced
1 c. H-E-B Reduced Fat Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Heat oven to 425°F. Spray a 9x13-inch baking pan with non-stick c
ooking spray; set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine vegetables, pasta sauce, mushroom soup
and chicken. Toss ingredients to combine and season to taste with sa
lt and black pepper.
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain pasta and add to sa
uce ingredients in bowl. Toss to combine. Evenly fill the prepared b
aking pan with chicken spaghetti. Cover casserole with foil and bake f
or 25 minutes. Top with shredded cheese before serving.
