2 lb. sweet potatoes or yams, peeled and cut into 1-inch round slices
1/4 tsp. Central Market Organics Ground Cayenne Pepper
1 pouch (16 oz.) H-E-B Fall Harvest Soup
1/2 c. H-E-B Shredded Swiss Cheese
1/4 c. chopped parsley
Heat oven to 450°F. Spray a 13 x 9 baking dish with non stick spr
ay and set aside.
Layer the sweet potato slices in the prepared baking dish and sprinkle
with cayenne pepper. Top the sweet potatoes with the H-E-B Fall Harv
est soup, shredded Swiss cheese and parsley.
Cover the sweet potatoes with a sprayed foil sheet and bake on the cen
ter oven rack for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake 5 more minutes.
