1 1/2 lb. beef sirloin steak, fat trimmed off
1 tsp. H-E-B Texas Original Steak Seasoning
8 H-E-B Ready Fresh Go! Lettuce Scoops
1 c. H-E-B Champagne Tomatoes, thin sliced
1 small red onion, thin sliced & rings separated
1 Tbsp. H-E-B Blue Cheese Crumbles (optional)
Spray the grill rack with non-stick cooking spray to prevent sticking.
Prepare charcoal or gas grill for cooking (375°F). Season the
sirloin steak with steak seasoning on both sides. Grill each side for
5 to6 minutes or to desired degree of doneness. Cut meat across the g
rain into 1/2-inch strips.
Fill each lettuce scoop with 3 slices of grilled steak and top with sl
iced tomatoes, red onion rings and blue cheese if desired.
