2 celery ribs, thin sliced

2 green onions, thin sliced

1 c. sliced cucumber

2 c. Hill Country Fare Cooked Large Shrimp, thawed

• juice of 1 lemon

1/4 c. H-E-B Cocktail Sauce


Layer the spring mix, celery slices, green onion slices, cucumber slic
es and thawed shrimp in a salad bowl or platter. Combine the lemon ju
ice and cocktail sauce. Toss the salad and serve each portion with 1
1/2 tablespoons cocktail sauce.
