Chicken Oriental Curry Salad

Ingredients

1 can (12 oz.) H-E-B Premium Chunk White Chicken Breast, rinsed & drai
ned

1 c. green or red seedless grapes, sliced into halves

1 c. chopped celery

1/2 c. Hill Country Fare Sliced Almonds, Pecans or Walnuts

6 c. H-E-B Ready Fresh Go! Green Lettuce Leaves

* Curry Dressing:

2 Tbsp. H-E-B Mayonnaise

1/4 tsp. curry powder

1 tsp. Central Market Organics Teriyaki Sauce

Directions


Combine chicken, grapes, celery and almonds in a large salad bowl; tos
s to coat ingredients.
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, curry powder, soy sauce. Add dre
ssing to chicken mixture and stir to combine. Cover with plastic wrap
and chill 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
Place a lettuce leaf on each plate and scoop 3/4 cup chicken salad on
each.
