Stir-Fry Beef with Vegetables
1 bag (16 oz.) H-E-B Frozen Stir-Fry Vegetables
1 Tbsp. Hill Country Fare Canola Oil
1 lb. trimmed flank steak, thin sliced across the grain
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 Tbsp. Central Market Organics Seasame Seeds
2 Tbsp. light soy sauce
Cook the stir-fry vegetables in the microwave oven according to packag
e directions, drain and set aside.
Combine the thin sliced beef, peanut and sesame oil in a bowl and toss
to coat. Season to taste with salt and peppers.
Heat a large skillet on high heat for 4 minutes. Add the seasoned bee
f and stir-fry for 4 minutes or until cooked and browned. Add the coo
ked vegetables and soy sauce and stir fry for 2 more minutes. Serve o
n a platter and enjoy!
