Chicken Fajita & Grilled Peppers Cheese Ball
1 pkg. (8 oz.) H-E-B Cream Cheese, regular or fat free
1 c. chopped H-E-B Fully Cooked Chicken Fajita Strips
1/2 c. H-E-B Ready Fresh Go! Pico de Gallo, mild, medium or hot
1/2 c. chopped cilantro
Combine ingredients in a food processor bowl and process for 30 second
s to 1 minute to a chunky texture. Season the cheese mixture with sal
t and pepper to taste. Cover with plastic wrap and place in fridge fo
r two hours.
Shape the mixture into a ball and press down gently to form a larger c
heese ball. Place the cheese ball on the center of a plate or platter
and surround with crisp veggie slices.
