Cinnamon Dutch Baked Apples

Ingredients

6 Granny Smith or Fuji Apples, washed & cored

1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon

2 Tbsp. raisins (8 raisins each)

2 Tbsp. Hill Country Fare 0 Calorie Sweetener

* Topping:

6 Tbsp. Greek Fat Free Yogurt

1 Tbsp. Hill Country Fare 0 Calorie Sweetener

Directions


Place the 6 cored apples into a two-quart microwave-safe dish. Sprinkl
e ½ teaspoon cinnamon inside each apple where core was removed.
Stuff 1 teaspoon raisins and 1 teaspoon sugar replacement into each ap
ple. Cover the baking dish with plastic wrap. Microwave on High powe
r for 10 minutes. If your microwave oven does not have a rotating bot
tom, turn the baking dish a half turn after 5 minutes of cooking and t
hen microwave 5 more minutes.
Carefully remove the baking dish from the microwave oven with potholde
rs. Let apples cool 5 minutes. While the apples are cooling, combine
the Greek Fat Free Yogurt and 0 Calorie Sweetener in a small bowl and
blend with a fork or wire whip. Top each apple with 1 Tablespoon swe
etened yogurt and serve.
