Scrambled Eggs and Pork Chop with Toast

Ingredients

1/2 tsp. Hill Country Fare Canola Oil

1 boneless wafer thin slice (1 oz. each) pork centerloin chop

1/2 c. H-E-B Real Egg

1 slice H-E-B 100% Whole Wheat Bread

1 spray Hill Country Fare No Stick Butter Spray

1 small navel orange, thin sliced

Directions


Heat a heavy bottom skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add canola
oil, spread and add the 2 wafer thin boneless pork chops. Cook on ea
ch pork chop for 1 minute on each side, season to taste with salt and
pepper; set aside and keep warm.
Using the same skillet over medium heat, add the H-E-B Real Egg, stir
frequently, and cook to desired doneness. Season to taste with salt a
nd pepper.
Toast bread and spray with Hill Country Fare No Stick Butter spray. A
rrange pork chop, scrambled egg and toast on each plate and serve with
1/2 thin sliced Navel orange.
