1 (9-inch) Hill Country Fare Frozen Deep Dish Pie Crust, baked

1 envelope Hill Country Fare Unflavored Gelatin

1 container (6 oz.) H-E-B Vanilla Fat Free Yogurt

1 1/2 tsp. H-E-B Baker's Scoop Vanilla Extract

3/4 c. Hill Country Fare 0 Calorie Sweetener

1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

1 can (15 oz.) Hill Country Fare Solid Pack Pumpkin


Bake pie crust according to package directions and cool.
Pour 1/2-cup cold water into a small microwave-safe bowl. Sprinkle un
flavored gelatin into water and stir. Microwave on High power for 1 m
Add the vanilla yogurt, vanilla extract, 0 calorie Sweetener and pumpk
in-pie spice to dissolved gelatin and stir to combine. Stir the pumpk
in into the gelatin mixture and place bowl over another bowl filled wi
th ice cubes. Stir pumpkin mixture until it begins to thicken (about 1
0 minutes). Pour the pumpkin pie mixture into the baked crust. Chill
the pie for 1 hour and then cover with plastic wrap. Keep refrigerat
ed until ready to serve.
