Ingredients

* juice of 2 lemons

4 fresh pears, cored and thin sliced

1 box (8 oz.) Central Market Organics Garden Herb Salad Greens

1/4 c. H-E-B Shredded Asiago Cheese

1/2 c. Hill Country Fare Walnut Pieces

2 Tbsp. each: H-E-B Extra Virgin Olive Oil & Pomegranate Juice

1/2 tsp. H-E-B Dijon Mustard

Directions


Combine the lemon juice and 1 cup water in a large mixing bowl. Dip t
he pear slices in the lemon water and drain.
Place Garden Herb Greens into a large salad bowl and layer with the di
pped sliced pears, Asiago cheese and walnuts. Cover salad with plasti
c wrap and chill for 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
Combine the olive oil, pomegranate juice and Dijon mustard in small bo
ttle with lid. Shake the dressing and toss into the salad before serv
ing.
