1 slice (1 oz.) H-E-B Premium Mesquite Ham

1 slice (1 oz.) H-E-B Premium Cheddar or Monterey Cheese Slice

3 fresh asparagus spears, cut off & discard bottom inch

1 Tbsp. red bell pepper, chopped

1 tsp. sweet yellow onion, chopped


Layer the ham slice, cheese slice on a flat surface. Arrange the aspa
ragus spear lengthwise in the center of the ham and cheese. Sprinkle
the red bell pepper and onion over the asparagus; season to taste with
pepper only.
Roll the ham and cheese like a taco and place on a microwave safe plat
e, seam side down, and microwave on High power for 10-15 seconds or un
til the cheese begins to melt.
