1 can (22 oz.) peach pie filling
1 c. H-E-B Dried Mixed Fruit, chopped
1 tsp. ground ginger
6 (6 oz.) custard cups
1 Hill Country Fare Refrigerated Pie Crust, room temperature
1 star cookie cutter (or your favorite shape)
1/4 c. H-E-B Milk
2 Tbsp. Central Market™ All Natural Fair Trade Turbinado Raw Can
Heat oven to 375°F. Line baking dish with foil and set aside.
Combine pie filling, dried fruit, and ginger in bowl. Divide evenly in
to 6 custard cups. Place filled custard cups on prepared baking sheet
and set aside.
Unroll piecrust, cut into 12 stars with cookie cutter. Brush each star
with milk, press into sugar. Place stars on a cookie sheet and bake f
or 10 minutes. Set aside.
Bake mini pies on center oven rack for 25 minutes. Top each mini pie w
ith 2 baked stars and serve.
