Green Beans with Mushrooms
2 Tbsp. Hill Country Fare Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 large shallot, peeled and sliced thin
1 c. fresh sliced mushrooms
3 Tbsp. Hill Country Fare Zesty Bread Crumbs
1 lb. fresh green beans, ends trimmed
Heat a heavy-bottom skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes. Add olive
oil, sliced shallots, and sliced mushrooms and stir-fry for 5 minutes
or until onions are golden and mushrooms are cooked. Stir in the bread
