Ingredients

1.25 lb. extra sharp cheddar

1 c. sour cream

¼ c. unsalted butter

⅓ c. dry sherry

* dash of cayenne

2 c. poppy seeds

1 jar red pimentos

Directions


Process all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Place in the
refrigerator for 1 hour to harden.
To make little bat bites, roll in poppy seeds and use small triangles
of blue corn chips to make wings and red pimentos for eyes. Serve on c
hips or spinach leafs.
