Ingredients

¼ c. H-E-B Brown Sugar

2 tsp. Hill Country Fare Ground Cinnamon

2 tsp. Central Market® Organics Ground Ginger

2 tsp. Central Market® Organics Ground Paprika

1 c. each: Hill Country Fare Whole Almonds & Pecan Halves

1 c. Hill Country Fare Old Fashioned Oats

1 c. H-E-B Dry Roasted Unsalted Peanuts or Hill Country Fare Walnut Ha

4 c. H-E-B Corn, Wheat or Rice Squares

¼ c. Hill Country Fare Frozen Concentrate Apple Juice

1 bag (12 oz.) H-E-B Dried Fruit Mixed Fruit, chopped

Directions


Heat oven to 250°F. Spray a large baking sheet pan with no stick s
pray, set aside.
Combine brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger and paprika in a small zipper sn
ack bag, seal, shake, set aside.
Combine nuts, oats, cereal squares and apple juice concentrate in prep
ared baking pan: toss mixture to coat evenly.
Sprinkle spice mixture over nuts and cereal mixture, toss again to coa
t. Bake on center oven rack 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, thr
ough cooking time. Cool mixture. Stir in dried fruits. Store Harvest
Snack Mix in a large zipper bag.
