Crab-Stuffed Grilled Avocados

Ingredients

2 Tbsp. Hill Country Fare Louisiana Hot Sauce

* juice of 2 fresh limes

3 Tbsp. H-E-B Olive Oil

8 H-E-B Fresher Lasting® Jumbo Avocado Halves

1 container (8 oz.) H-E-B Jumbo Lump Crab Meat

2 Tbsp. H-E-B Mayonnaise

* salt and pepper

¼ c. H-E-B Roasted Pepper Tapenade

Directions


Combine hot sauce, lime juice, and olive oil in a small bowl. Place av
ocado halves and lime marinade in a zipper bag. Marinate for 10 minute
s or more.
Combine the lump crab with the mayonnaise in a small bowl and season t
o taste with salt and pepper. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrige
rate until avocados are grilled.
Heat coals or grill to medium heat (375┬░F). Brush hot grill with olive
oil to prevent sticking. Grill avocados on each fl at side for 4 minu
tes. Turn the grilled avocado halves over and grill for 4 more minutes
. Stuff each avocado with 2 Tablespoons each lump crab mixture and 1 t
easpoon roasted red pepper tapenade. Serve warm.
