2 Tbsp. Adams Reserve Balsamic Reduction
Preheat oven to 325°F. Oil and flour a metal loaf pan.
Whisk in together the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
Next, Whisk together eggs, milk, olive oil and orange peel. Gradually
combine the wet into the dry ingredients. Transfer into the loaf pan.
Bake cake about 1 hour until toothpick comes out clean. Cool cake in p
an for a few minutes, then on a rack top side up.
Serve with ice cream and drizzle with Balsamic Reduction.
