1 c. polenta
4 c. cream or stock
1/2 c. grated Grana Podana cheese
Bring four cups of heavy cream or stock to a boil and whisk in 1 cup p
olenta. Whisk briskly then reduce heat to a low simmer.
Stir frequently until polenta is tender and creamy. Add in extra liqui
d if desired.
In last two minutes of cooking add grated Grana Podana cheese and whis
k in completely.
