1 package whole wheat naan bread
1/2 shredded Mahon Cheese
1/2 Tbs. Roberts Reserve Roasted Red Pepper Relish
1 Tbs. butter
Place a pan over medium heat.
Add butter and let melt, tilt to coat, and in a separate pan sauté.
Meanwhile, cut each piece of naan bread in half, spread relish on one
side of two slices of bread.
Top with cheese, and other piece of bread.
Place the sandwich in the pan and let cook for 2 minutes per side.
