Mini Elvis Dessert Sliders
12 jumbo foil cupcake liners
2 bananas, thin sliced
1/2 c. H-E-B Orange Juice
1 bag Hill Country Fare Sugar Cookie Mix
1/2 c. Hill Country Fare Crunchy Peanut Butter
1 qt. H-E-B Creamy Creations® Chocolate or Vanilla Ice Cream
1/2 c. Hill Country Fare Peanut Butter, creamy or chunky
Insert the foil liners in a 12-place cupcake pan. Dip banana slices in
orange juice, drain, and set aside.
Prepare sugar cookies using peanut butter in place of butter and also
adding the extra flour for cut-out cookies. Roll the dough out to 1/4
inch and use a 2-inch biscuit cutter to cut out cookies. Bake for 12
minutes. Set aside on a wire rack to cool.
Allow guests to build their own Mini Elvis Dessert Sliders as follows:
Spread 1 tablespoon of peanut butter on the bottom side of a sugar co
okie and set it peanut butter side up in the foil cupcake liner. Top t
he cookie with 2 banana slices and 1/4 cup of chocolate or vanilla ice
cream. Press another sugar cookie on top and enjoy!
