1 pkg. (12 oz.) Hill Country Fare Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

1 c. H-E-B Heavy Whipping Cream

1 tsp. of each extract: mint, almond, orange, lemon, raspberry, vanill

1 tsp. of each extract: coconut, rum, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg

6 spoons for each flavor (8 flavors = 48 spoons)

* Assorted holiday ribbons, cut in 8-inch lengths

1 roll Hill Country Fare Plastic Wrap


Place chocolate chips in a food processor bowl and set aside.
Heat whipping cream in a large microwave-safe bowl (it will bubble vig
orously) in microwave on high power for 2 minutes.
Add boiling cream to chocolate chips and allow to sit for 1 minute. Pu
lse the mixture 3 to 4 times or until the chocolate ganache is smooth
and creamy.
Place ? cup of the chocolate ganache into each of 8 small bowls and ad
d 1 teaspoon of oneof your chosen flavor extracts to each. Be sure to
label the bowls with the flavor.
Use a gold or silver permanent marker to label the handles of 6 teaspo
ons with the flavor name. Line 2 large sheet pans with foil and arrang
e the spoons on the pans.
Use a clean spoon to fill 6 spoons of each fl avor with the chocolate
ganache. Rest the handles of the spoons on the edge of the sheet pan s
o that the chocolate does not spill over. Place the pans in the refrig
erator to chill for 30 minutes or until the chocolate hardens.
Once the spoons are firm, wrap each one in plastic wrap and tie with a
festive ribbon or a twisty tie.
