Marinated Grilled Pork Loin Roast

Ingredients

4 c. H-E-B Marinade: Southwest Balsamic, Raspberry Chipotle or Orange
Teriyaki

1 (2 lb.) pork loin roast

* vegetable oil

Directions


Brush the H-E-B marinade of choice on all sides of the pork loin roast
. Place the roast in a baking dish, cover with plastic wrap and refrig
erate for 2 to 3 hours or overnight.
Brush grill rack with vegetable oil to prevent sticking. Prepare char
coal or gas grill for cooking (375°F). Place pork loin roast on grill
rack and grill for 18 to 20 minutes, turning frequently until desired
degree of doneness is reached (internal temperature of 160°F). Let mea
t sit 10 minutes before slicing.
